Terms & Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You can have one account, which you create by signing in with Google or Apple.

You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your Google or Apple account secure. Tell us right away at hello@eqvilabs.com if you think someone else has accessed it.

Vora uses AI to analyze your photos and give you style feedback, scores, color suggestions and outfit ideas. This is general fashion inspiration, not professional advice.

AI results can be inaccurate or inconsistent. Estimates about your body type, skin tone or appearance are only for styling suggestions and are not medical, health or body-image advice. You decide what to wear and buy.

You own the photos and content you upload. You give us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, process and display them only to run Vora for you, including sending them to our AI provider for analysis. This license ends when you delete the content or your account.

You confirm that you have the right to upload each photo, and that it doesn't:

• show other people without their permission, or show anyone under 18;
• contain nudity, sexual, violent, hateful or illegal content;
• infringe anyone's copyright, privacy or other rights.

We may remove content that breaks these rules.

Please use Vora for personal styling only. You agree not to:

• misuse credits, referrals or rewarded ads, or use multiple accounts, bots or scripts to earn rewards;
• copy, reverse engineer, scrape or interfere with Vora, its AI features or its servers;
• use Vora for commercial purposes without our written permission;
• break any law, or harass or harm anyone through Vora.

• Some features use credits. You can buy credits, or earn them through rewards, referrals and optional ads.
• Credits have no cash value. They can't be exchanged for money, transferred or sold, and they're removed if your account is deleted.
• Purchases are made and billed through Google Play or the App Store under their terms. Refunds are handled by them under their refund policies, and as required by consumer law where you live.
• We may change credit prices, how many credits a feature costs, or how credits are earned. We may remove credits that were obtained through fraud, abuse or a technical error.

Referral rewards apply only to genuine new users, and a referral code must be redeemed within 7 days of creating an account. Rewarded ads are optional, and rewards are given only after a full ad is watched. We may change or end these programs at any time, and may withhold rewards if we suspect abuse.

Vora, including its app, design, brand and AI features, belongs to Eqvilabs. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for as long as you follow these Terms.

You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → Delete Account. It is deactivated immediately, and permanently deleted after 30 days unless you sign back in before then. Unused credits are lost when the account is deleted.

We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, or if the law requires it. Where appropriate, we'll tell you why.

We work to keep Vora running smoothly, but it may sometimes be unavailable or have errors. We may add, change or remove features. If we shut Vora down, we'll give you reasonable notice.

Vora is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we don't guarantee that it will be error-free or that AI results will be accurate.

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on Vora's suggestions. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India. If you live in the EU, UK or another country with mandatory consumer protections, you keep those protections and may bring claims in your local courts.

We may update these Terms. When the changes are significant, we'll tell you in the app before they take effect. If you keep using Vora after that, you accept the new Terms. If you don't accept them, you can delete your account.
